Decision




(f/n) literally bawled her eyes out because of the book she was reading.

Matthias had somehow brought a book called "Black Beauty" for her to read while she was still half-sick. It had been two days, and Matthias was constantly going back and forth from his house to hers, and going so far as to stay with her the entire time till she was better.

"Matthias, this story..just...my feels!!" she said burying her head into her blanket. He just chuckled.

"Glad you like it, sweety~" he said.

She blushed when he called her that.

"D..don't call me that."

"Call you what?"

"S..sweety. I'm not that."

"Why not? You're as sweet as candy..no...way sweeter..."

Cue for heavy blushing.

"No I'm not."

"Let me kiss you and I'll tell you whether it's true or not." He said, wiggling his eyebrows. (f/n) couldn't help but laugh at his antics.

"In your dreams, Matthias."

"I'll be going off to sleep then. Good night!"

"Matthias!!"

She gave him a playful punch on his arm and he just laughed.

She liked having him around. He seemed to have toned down..just a little when he was around. Sometimes he might forget she was sick and go around the house talking loudly about something random until he remembered she was sleeping or resting. She found that cute.

He on the other hand, had begun to see why the others would like her in the first place. She wasn't fake, and certainly wasn't snobby or whatever, unlike most girls he attracted. The girls he often attracted only wanted him for his looks and to get into his pants..either one or both. But they normally quickly left because he wouldn't give them what they wanted, or couldn't stand his loud behavior. That saddened him most of the times. There was once where he really liked one of them, only to find out she was into him because of his looks, and for a silly bet. He was very hurt by that, and started to wonder if he could only attract girls who would never be his soul mate.

But, when he was with (f/n), he wondered if it could all change. She had feelings for him too right? Even, if just a little.

What would it be like if she were his girlfriend?

She was probably the only girl who enjoyed being around him, because he was himself. She never minded his loudness, although she occasionally reminded him to tone down a little. But, he wondered, could she be the one he'd been waiting his whole life for?

After being hurt he had totally given up on finding his soul mate. But circumstances can change people, right?

(f/n) had been watching Matthias, and he seemed to have spaced out. She waved her hands in front of his face and effectively snapped him out of his daze. He looked at her, surprised.

"Er..do you need anything?" he asked, shyly scratching his head. She just shook her head.

"You were spacing out. Just wondering if you were still in there." She said. He smirked.

"If I wasn't? Would you do CPR or something?" Blushing heavily, she replied.

"Nope, I'd just call for the morgue." and she laughed while Matthias playfully pouted.

"Aw...well, I'll come back and steal your lips!"

She blushed even heavier at this statement. He chuckled, and looked into her eyes.

Her (e/c) eyes shined when he locked his eyes with hers. His heart started thumping wildly. Could she hear his heart? He placed her hand on his chest.

"Do you feel...what you do to me..?" he said.

She just silently stared into his eyes. His lips brushed against the corner of her mouth, slightly teasing. She pouted. As she was about to get her revenge...

..the door bell rang.

And soon, in came the others, looking a little surprised by what (f/n) and Matthias were doing. Lukas had an emotionless face but inside he was burning. I should be the one sitting next to her and having her hand on my chest like that, he thought.

"Are you feeling better, (f/n)?" Emil asked. She nodded, and noticing the akwardness, she distanced herself from Matthias, with him doing the same.

"And what are you doing here?" Lukas said in a monotone voice.

"Being here for her when you guys aren't."

"It's not our fault we have to work!" Tino said, getting flustered.

She sensed anger and unease between all the five of them. Oh dear...

"So..um..did you come to just visit me?" she asked, trying to break the tension. They all nodded save for Matthias.

"And also, this is sudden, but we want you to decide who'd you like to spend the rest of the day with. Basically, please choose between us." Lukas said. The others seemed surprised, but slowly nodded with agreement.

"It's time to make a choice, I think.." Matthias said.

Gulping, she looked at each and every one of them, thinking things through, and hoping to not hurt anyone with her decision..

"I..I choose....."
